Moll Machine Works, LLC is is committed to customer satisfaction and to satisfying applicable requirements through continual improvement of our products, services and quality management system.

AS9100D is a quality management system built on the framework of ISO9001 that specifically tailors itself to the needs of the Aerospace and Defense Industries.  At Moll Machine Works, we take great pride in our work.  Maintaining the standards outlined by this certification is critical to our mission to provide quality parts to our customers.

Proshop is a critical software in our organization that allows us to maintain all customer data and assets under one comprehensive structure.  Proshop has enabled us to organize, track and record all pertinent information central to manufacturing precision parts.  

In accordance with our quality manual,  Moll Machine Works maintains a score-based approval list for our vendors that tracks and records performance in both quality and timeliness.  We only use the best vendors available to meet customer needs.

In addition to being near paperless  through Proshop, Moll Machine Works has embraced a minimalist approach to work cell layout.   Cleanliness and FOD awareness are important aspects of precision manufacturing that we take very seriously.  Our work cells are organized with shadowboxed tools and standardized tool kits at each machine so that the act of cleaning or organizing does not come at the cost of productivity.

In addition to the strict requirements of AS9100D, Moll Machine Works is compliant with ITAR and DDTC Registered.  This includes all appropriate record keeping, facility security, system security plan and best practices training per the framework of CMMC 2.0 Level II.
