CNC Operator

Moll Machine Works, LLC. is seeking CNC Operators. Your primary responsibilities will include learning and operating your assigned machine. We are looking for timely operation, record keeping, and cleanliness. You will interact with internal parties such as planners, engineers, and other skilled machinists. We encourage entry level applicants who are looking to learn a new trade that can provide entry into future growth positions in Setup, Programming, Quality, and Management. We are seeking a person who is eager to learn new skills and maintain a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

Operate equipment in a safe and clean manner
Understand and conform to relevant areas of the Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Training
Learn and understand operation documents and related prints along with how to use appropriate metrology to perform in-process inspection of parts
Understand and input all relevant process and in process inspection data into QMS during part run
Attentive and prompt with regards to loading and unloading production parts at the beginning or end of single or flow cycle
Able to perform off line support tasks, i.e. deburring, sawing, bead blasting, insert installations, and more
Maintain awareness about cutting tool malfunctions, burr development, chip evacuation and coolant flow problems. Ability to recognize problems and report areas of concern to a Senior level machinist
Perform basic machine upkeep, i.e. cleaning, coolant maintenance, chip removal, and more
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Education and Experience

Trade School, Associate’s Degree, or 3+ years of experience in a similar field preferred
Entry Level applications will be considered and on the job training will be provided

Requirements

Familiar with computers

Manufacturing Engineer

Pay Rate: $35-$45/hr

Description

Moll Machine Works, LLC. Is seeking Manufacturing Engineer to assist in process and operations development in a precision machine shop setting. This Engineer will be expected to assist in problem solving across the Value stream from Sales support at the beginning of a project and Customer Service at the end. Your primary area of focus will be designing and validating processes and tooling for new customer projects and optimizing existing. We are seeking someone with a willingness to learn new things and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

Full working knowledge of CNC machining techniques and tools
Complete understanding of requirements planning and product definition tools
Specific knowledge of materials, cutting tools, work holding, chip control, process definition
Knowledge and competency with CAD and CAM to the extent that all features and details will be accounted for in a manufacturing process
Collect/receive and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes
Maintain latest revision level documentation and ensure that obsolete documentation is archived
Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents
Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.
Assist in the maintenance and collection of quality records

Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering tech field or 5+ years of experience in one of the following: Automation tech, CNC Programming, CAD Drafting, Quality Control, etc.
Preferably several years training in machining and other process execution
US Person (Defined as a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, etc.)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Familiarity with Siemens NX is preferred
Strong understanding of computers and ability to learn new applications of technology

Manufacturing Planner

Description

Moll Machine Works, LLC. Is seeking Manufacturing Planner to assist Management with the preparation and execution of Production and Prototype machining. Your primary area of focus will be maintenance of records and revisions for new and existing parts and the material and resource planning to allow smooth, sustainable, and on time production for our customers. You will interact with internal parties such as management and the manufacturing engineers, but also with our vendors in an external capacity. We are seeking a highly organized individual who can communicate clearly and maintain a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

Utilize the information provided by Sales, Engineering and Management to maintain schedule of production and prototype activities
Provide feedback to internal stakeholders when any issue arises in schedule
Organize and execute procurement of COTS (Material, Consumables, Outside Processing, etc.)
Ensure the receipt of Materials and respect the traceability requirements when appropriate

Requirements

Education or Experience: Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a similar field
Preferably Several years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
US Person (Defined as a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, etc.)
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Strong understanding of computers and ability to learn new applications of technology
